Viscose Closures Ltd specialises in tamper-evident and pilfer proof primary and secondary closures for a wide range of applications in many industries.Heat Shrink Sleeves
Available in reel form and ready-cut form, sleeves are used to provide a highly decorated skin-tight 360° label on all types of bottles, jars and other containers.
Shrink sleeves can also be used to provide a tamper-evident seal around the primary closure of bottles and jars.
Promotional banding together of two or more products is another use for heat-shrink sleeves where the sleeve can be printed with a promotional message, bar code, etc. (read more)
Self Shrinking Viskrings/Celons
We are the world’s only producer of these cellulose-based bio-degradable self shrinking sleeves. They are hand applied wet and shrink as they dry. They give a very high-quality appearance and counterfeit proof seal. Particularly useful for heat sensitive products because no external heat source is necessary to cause shrinkage. Roll-on pilfer-proof closures (ROPP) from 17mm - 38mm diameter for use with glass and plastic bottles are available in plain colours and printed designs. These closures are commonly used for spirits, mineral water, soft-drinks and olive oil. These capsules are commonly used to provide decoration and protection on wine and spirits bottles. PVC capsules require heat to shrink them onto the bottle whilst polylaminate capsules are pressed into shape by specially designed machines.
