Plastic Caps
Construction
One piece caps are made from HDPE and are available in 28mm and 30mm diameter.
Pilfer proof rings are designed for returnable glass and non-returnable glass and PET bottles.
Two piece caps are compression moulded in polypropalene with liners made from EVA (PVC free).
All caps are suitable for application by standard capping machines and require the following application torques:
| One piece cap | 18 Lbs-in |
| Two piece cap | 20 Lbs-in |
Caps can be produced in any colour and may be printed up to 3 colours.
Packing
| One piece 28mm: | 5000 per box 60 x 40 x 60 cm high. 20 boxes per pallet = 100,000 caps per pallet. |
| Two piece 28mm: | 4500 per box 60 x 40 x 60 cm high. 20 boxes per pallet = 90,000 caps per pallet. |
Caps are packed in a plastic bag inside a corrugated case which is glued and taped.
Construction
Three piece closure manufactured from HDPE/LLDPE/PP available in diameters of 28mm, 30mm and 38mm - designed to be used with PCO/BPF finish.
The 28mm sportcap is available in the standard PCO 1810 and the new shortneck 1881 finish.
All caps are suitable for application by standard capping machines with collets supplied by Viscose Closures.
Caps are available from stock in a range of standard colours including a Blue/White and a Black/White combination.
Packing
A box contains 2,650 caps
20 boxes to a pallet = 53,000 caps
The caps are packed in a plastic bag inside a box which is then taped.
