Viscose Closures are at Stand 4370 in Hall 4 of the NEC at the Pakex exhibition. In addition to the range of tamper-evident and pilfer-proof closures, the company will be exhibiting samples of the latest applications for promotional sleeves and printed shrink labels.

A recent sales promotion for ANCHOR SoSoft Spread used printed shrink sleeves to attach either a Chicken Run note pad or pencil tin to a tub of product. The Chicken Run theme was used on a 7-colour sleeve printed with the main characters from the film.

Sue Barratt, Project Manager at New Zealand Milk, said, "We have found that promotions which use imaginatively designed gravure printed shrink sleeves with clear promotional graphics are more successful at portraying the offer and are worth the extra effort involved".

The sleeves were made from PVC shrink material printed in seven colours.
