Zaruba M & K of the Czech Republic chose Viscose Closures when they decided to launch a range of Mayonnaise and Tartar Sauces in glass jars with heat shrink PVC decorative and tamper evident body sleeves.

With a very tight schedule for a launch at an important trade Fair in Brno, VCL was commissioned to carry out the creative design work to ensure maximum shelf impact and brand appeal of this innovative concept in the Czech market. Digitally printed samples were produced for marketing approval and to allow for minor modifications prior to production.

The range currently consists of three designs gravure printed in eight colours, incorporating photographic quality elements, over five sizes. The designs allow for the removal of the top of the sleeve sealing the primary twist off closure, while retaining the decoration on the jar.
