Valentine tipple

Continental Wine & Foods has created a special premium alcoholic drink for a major UK supermarket’s Valentine’s Day promotion.

The product, "Valentine Rosie", is a sister for the well-established "Yellow Sally" and "Purple Annie" products which were launched in early 1998.

The bottle sleeving was printed in six colours and was supplied, together with colour-matched PVC wine capsule, by Viscose Closures Ltd.

Vicky Swales, Marketing Manager of CWF, said "This style of presentation was chosen for Yellow Sally and Purple Annie to appeal to the 18-35 year old market and has proved to be a great success". Like her sisters, Valentine Rosie is a slightly sparkling alcoholic drink with natural juices, one of which is, of course, Passion Fruit.
