Aluminium and plastic caps can be applied to glass and PET bottles at speeds from 7,000 bph to 34,000 bph.
Conveyors and cap elevators can also be provided as well as complete bottling lines.

and sparkling wines.Capsule dispensers operating from 3,000 bph up to 18,000 bph are complemented with pleating machines for Polylaminates and thermic-heads for heat shrink PVC capsules.
Monobloc applicator / shrink / pleat / spinning machines operating from 2,500 bph to 18,000 bph are available.
Bottle filling machines

Counter-pressure fillers which are suitable for still wines, sparkling wines and other carbonated liquids are available from 16 to 105 filling valves.
Low-vacuum fillers are suitable for still wines, vinegars, vermouth, spirits and non carbonated liquids and are available from 12 to 105 filling valves.
Monobloc units with 1 or 2 capping/corking turrets can be supplied as well as Unibloc rinser/filler/capper/corker machines.

Small scale machinery
Bench-top capping machine
This bench-top machine applies aluminium and plastic caps to bottles. By changing the application head a wide range of cap sizes can be accommodated. This machine is suitable for quality control laboratories or small scale production lines. A 3-phase electrical supply is required.
Bench-top capsule machine
This machine is ideal for small wineries where PVC shrink capsules are used. The capsule head contains an electrically heated element which provides an excellent finish. A single-phase electrical supply is needed.
